**Description:** We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and driving production excellence.
**What You Will Be Doing**
•Perform floor support to solve immediate production constraints.
• Develop corrective actions and lead projects to improve the production system, reducing Scrap Rework and Repair (SRR), cost, and hours per unit (HPU).
• Perform manufacturing evaluations of engineering changes.
•Assist as needed with integration between other coatings build sites.
