**Responsibilities**

+ New reconfiguration technical study and development to share with Global 3PL reconfiguration team member (EI Paso,KN,PTP)
+ Providing ongoing Reconfiguration-level problem-solving and troubleshooting guidance to support for reconfiguration at 3PL and maximum the revenue, especially for rush orders
+ Support 3PL reconfiguration lab transfer project, development of appropriate documentation (Layout, workstation set up, Trial run plan, Train run BOM, Material list, Equipment list, Expense material list, work instruction)
+ Definition of overall reconfiguration process flows, and development of appropriate documentation (OMS, BOM, routing) and process support for testing requirement
+ Driving the initial reconfiguration pilot builds, and resolving technical issues as they arise
+ Analysis reconfiguration possibility for excess inventory burn down
