MANUFACTURING ENGINEER - ASSEMBLY

Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare assembly process WI and PFMEA for new product

Discuss with QE and Production to confirm the WI and PFMEA

Update the WI and PFMEA according to the request of customer audit or quality improvement or EC etc.

WI training for operator in order to standardize the machine operation or process

Modify the tooling according to the request of customer or quality improvement or EC or efficiency improvement etc.

Complete and publish the revised tooling drawing in order to adapt for EC and improvement request

Cooperate with QE and Production to revise related documents (WI & PFMEA etc.) for customer audit
