This position is part of our Early Career program at WD, designed to support individuals beginning their professional career by providing foundational training through a structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain control systems and automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, SCADA, sensors, drives, and instrumentation issues.
• Optimize machine performance, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
• Support new equipment installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Develop and update electrical drawings, control logic documentation, and standard operating procedures.
