Job Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer is the primary technical interface to the Manufacturing Partner site and is accountable for both Operational Excellence (Delivery, Quality, and Cost) and Factory Excellence (capability, efficiency, security and sustainability). The role requires strong knowledge on PCBA manufacturing operations and the SMT technology roadmap.

Responsibilities Lead daily support of products and tools in manufacturing. Support NPI launch and govern sustaining products within manufacturing partners. Support product transfers between manufacturing sites. Analyze various sets of data and programs for quality & process control. Drive process optimization, yield improvements and process consistency within manufacturing sites. Provide technical support for all systemic defects, line stops, material purges and quality issues.
