What You Will Do

• Works under minimum supervision to provide support to manufacturing area on a variety of engineering tasks
• Performs complex technical tasks which contribute to the planning and execution of engineering projects
• Analyzes workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, or machine utilization
• Leads and supports process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce operational waste
• Performs scrap and rework analysis, including data review, root cause identification, and implementation of standardized procedures
• Participates in tooling design using SolidWorks, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and alignment with engineering requirements
• Solves problems to enable production flow
• Supports production line operations
