**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Ensure smooth assembly operations by providing technical support across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Machining, Welding, and Production functions.
+ Drive product localization initiatives through process capability enhancement and transfer of technical expertise.
+ Lead and support cost reduction, productivity improvement, and operational excellence projects.
+ Support company goals, policies, and objectives while promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
+ Provide engineering support to Manufacturing, Customer Service, Planning, Integrated Project Management (IPM), and Quality teams.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and corporate documentation to determine manufacturing requirements and processing procedures for new and revised products.
