The Manufacturing Engineer will support Business Unit team members in the areas of problem solving, Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, and process development.
**Requirements**:
3 or more years' experience in the relevant manufacturing process.
For the heat treat process, minimum of 5 years' experience in heat treat operations or combination of formal metallurgical education and experience is required.
Practical, successful experience in the development of Standard Work.
Successful Product Launch / Production Start-up experience including all documentation, testing, data collection, and reporting.
Experience leading the PPAP process to successful conclusion.
Experience leading cost savings and performance improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
Advanced English (90%)
Advanced technical Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes such as: injection molding, extrusion, fabrication, metal roll-forming, and heat treat.
