Seeking an experienced contract Manufacturing Engineer to support our metallic fabrication, composite bonding, assembly, and engine/nacelle integration operations.
The ideal candidate will bring strong aerospace manufacturing expertise, real time problem solving capability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily shop floor engineering support to ensure manufacturing flow, resolve issues, and maintain production schedules.
Lead and support process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication and assembly operations.
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to disposition nonconformances, implement corrective actions, and maintain configuration control.
