The Manufacturing Engineer oversees the activities associated with the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products. This role ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel to produce quality products at minimum costs. The engineer will develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequences, and processes in the manufacture and fabrication of parts, which includes estimating manufacturing costs, time standards, and recommending tooling and process requirements for new and existing products. Acting as a liaison with internal and external customers in releasing new products, the engineer will also participate in the selection, development, and evaluation of personnel to ensure efficient operation.
