Position Summary

Develop and maintain control over standards for production operations, follow up with compliance of production processes, suggest changes in current process to achieve higher efficiency levels and determine requirements through demand.

Essential Responsibilities

• Solve process and quality opportunities proactively to avoid impacts in the value stream and general production activities.
• Generate and manage the bill of materials (BOM's).
• Develop work routers/travelers.
• Develop standardized work in manufacturing.
• Generate action plans, guides and work methods for the assigned area and keep them updated (e.g., work instructions, visual aids, documents associated with engineering process).
• Review and update the database where production standards are located, making sure these are correctly implemented.
• Lead engineering changes in the process.
