The Build (Manufacturing) Engineer serves as the critical bridge between engineering design and manufacturing, responsible for transforming cutting-edge rocket hardware designs into scalable, production-ready manufacturing processes. This individual will develop assembly processes, weld procedures, tooling solutions, and manufacturing workflows while driving continuous improvements in quality, yield, throughput, and production rate. The role requires significant time on the factory floor supporting fabrication and build activities, solving real-time production challenges, and partnering closely with technicians, manufacturing teams, and design engineers.
