Cable harness experience and process writing are a plus.
Interprets engineering prints to design processes and works with design engineering to implement production improvements.
Supports the production floor by working with the operations team and focusing on continuous improvement.
Designs, procures, and implements tooling to support manufacturing processes.
May incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
