The Test Engineering Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test systems and strategies to support manufacturing operations and new product introduction (NPI). This role ensures product quality, reliability, and compliance with customer and industry standards while driving continuous improvement in test processes.
Job Duties Test System Development & Maintenance - Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test systems for production.
- Ensure test equipment and fixtures are calibrated, reliable, and compliant with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test-related issues to minimize downtime.
Manufacturing Support - Provide technical support to production teams on test processes and equipment.
