The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and enhancing operational efficiency in our SWGR production line. This role requires a deep understanding of SWGR manufacturing principles, advanced problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

• Preparing production documentation necessary for product manufacturing (new projects, prototypes, and assembly).
• Improving existing operations, including the introduction of new methods and procedures.
• Identifying ways to reduce production costs and resolving technical issues in manufacturing.
• Collaborating with technical and other departments to prepare cost estimates for new projects and their improvement.
