**Job Summary/Role Definition（職務内容）**

工作課メインコントロールバルブ（MCV）セクションのスタッフは、HEX(Hydraulic Excavator) Component、MCV(Main Control Valve)の機械加工における工程進捗・設備管理並びに関連部門と協業しPeople, Quality, Velocity, Costの改善にも携わってもらいます。

また、Component全セクションの生産能力検証、デジタル技術推進に関する業務を担ってもらいます。
