**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Level 5 for the Production Engineering Central Services team which is responsible for leading digital‑transformation (1LMX) initiatives across Aeronautics enterprise manufacturing processes.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager - Level 5 you will be responsible for modernizing process governance, designing and delivering training, and modeling current and future‑state processes to enable the 1LMX transformation.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Lead a team of 15‑20 manufacturing engineers across multiple sites, setting goals, evaluating performance, and driving talent development.
+ Modernize process governance (command media) and update the PE planning manual (PM9003) to align with 1LMX objectives.
