Position Summary:

The role of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager involves spearheading the establishment and commencement of a team of Manufacturing Engineers and technicians in the new manufacturing facility located in Monterrey, Mexico. This position encompasses a combination of technical and managerial duties, requiring the execution of strategic technical projects while also providing support for the plant's daily operational needs. The managerial responsibilities encompass various areas, including but not limited to the implementation of Lean practices, product launches and enhancements, process development, implementation of process control strategies, resolution of safety and environmental issues, project management, and deployment of Operation Technology.
