Maintain and improve safety culture and performanceDevelopment department goals, priorities and actions plan, measure and report the result.New products launching, VSM, Flow Chart, PFMEA and WI standardization, first time right to make sure flawless launching.Support production to meet daily production output target and scrap target.Identify and implement manufacturing cost reduction and quality improvement activities.Optimize layout.
