We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on leader to guide a sub-team of manufacturing engineers focused on Machining, Plating, and Moulding. As a supervisor, you’ll manage daily priorities and workloads, ensuring your team delivers results. You’ll also act as a key deputy to the Manager, stepping in when needed to maintain momentum and leadership.

Your Main Tasks

• Main responsibility is to manage a small team of Manufacturing & Prove Out Engineers to support the Primary areas (Machining, Plating, 2nd Operations, Welding, and Moulding) activities in Hastings
• Drive improvements within the Primary areas to improve set times & increase output through FY24.
