As an Equipment Repair Technician at onsemi’s premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment and perform the repair, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Specific responsibilities include:
Troubleshoot a wide variety of defective electronic and electromechanical equipment to the component level. Perform routine maintenance on semiconductor equipment such as probers, probe cards, load port interfaces, and automated vehicles.Source replacement components for repair or upgrade.Develop test methods and hardware interfaces to exercise and test equipment under repair.Define and write preventative maintenance BKM’s, and other maintenance procedures.Consult with fab maintenance personnel to resolve c...
