The **MANEX Manager** is responsible for leading and sustaining continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility by deploying Manufacturing Excellence (MANEX) methodologies. This role drives operational efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and employee engagement through Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and other world-class manufacturing practices.

This position is a key member of the site leadership team and requires strong collaboration, influence, and strategic thinking to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
