Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on production equipment and ensure timely updates to the preventive maintenance schedule within Indysoft.
Administer process operating document training and certification for production operators.
Provide support to Engineering in the execution of equipment qualification activities, including equipment setup and testing.
Perform 5S housekeeping practices and address safety hazards related to production equipment or work areas.
Conduct daily shift pass‑downs to communicate areas of concern and equipment issues to the team.
Perform daily inspections and provide timely updates for Organization Alignment and Prioritization (OAPP)/ fabriq events as assigned.
Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing line or plant equipment.
