**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

**Reviewing, approve, and managing the daily operational activities of the Operations Department.** **Managing direct reports through coaching and mentoring, resolving operational issues, conducting performance evaluations, making recommendations on personnel actions, motivating the team, and participating in goal setting while monitoring performance across the following functional areas:**
