JOB PURPOSE

To provide operational leadership and site governance of the New Zealand manufacturing facility. This role drives the integration of talent development, engineering excellence, and safety protocols to ensure Addiction remains a leader in premium pet nutrition.

Operational: Management

• Execute the site manufacturing roadmap to meet domestic and export demand.
• Lead capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure facility throughput meets quarterly targets.

Quality & Process

• Provide oversight to the Process & Product Development Manager to drive OEE and optimize yield targets.
• Audit the site QA framework to ensure 100% compliance with MPI and RMP requirements.

Engineering & Assets

• Oversee the Project & Maintenance Engineering Manager on site CAPEX projects and TPM strategies.
• Ensure equipment reliability to eliminate unplanned production downtime.
