As the Manufacturing Manager, you play a pivotal role in overseeing manufacturing operations within our brand‑new factory in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. Your key responsibilities drive operational excellence, safety, quality, delivery, cost and team performance while coordinating with various departments such as warehouse, supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality to scale manufacturing capabilities to support growth, margin expansion and customer commitments.
