Manufacturing Operator II

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Operator II to join our team in Warren, RI. In this hands-on role, you will perform setup, operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment, including manual, semi-automated, and CNC machines, to produce precision components that meet quality and production requirements. You will work from part drawings, setup sheets, work orders, and process instructions to determine specifications, tooling, and operational sequences, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The Manufacturing Operator II is expected to operate with a greater level of independence, apply prior manufacturing knowledge to solve routine production issues, make machine offsets and process adjustments, verify product conformance through measurement and inspection, and support efficient workflow across multiple operations or cells.
