Job Description

The Manufacturing Performance Specialist is responsible for driving operational discipline, improving manufacturing performance, and ensuring consistent execution on the production floor. This role strengthens daily operational routines, leads continuous improvement initiatives, and supports the organization in achieving performance targets, especially during periods of capacity expansion. This is an individual contributor role but works heavily in a cross‑functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Enforce manufacturing standards, SOP adherence, and operational discipline across all shifts.
