Overview

We are currently seeking an evolutive Plant Manager for a global Tier 1 automotive company at their biggest site in Jalisco, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all plant operations (production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, HSE, engineering) ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute the plant’s strategic plan consistent with group objectives, with a focus on improving productivity, waste reduction, and cost competitiveness.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives through Lean/TPM methodologies and performance indicators (OEE, scrap rate, delivery performance, quality).
