Cooper Standard is seeking a Process Engineer to design, implement, and continually improve manufacturing processes in a Mexican plant. You will focus on efficiency, safety, standardization, and product quality while reducing variability and costs.

The role requires collaboration with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams and adherence to IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. On-site position with potential rotating shifts within a manufacturing environment.
