Manufacturing Process Engineer – NPI

In your daily job you will:

• Support product launches from development validation (DV) through mass production (MP).
• Apply DFM/DFA principles to ensure efficient, scalable, and cost‑effective manufacturing processes.
• Provide engineering support for prototype and engineering builds; identify and elevate design, test, and supplier‑related issues.
• Participate in MQ1 and MQ2 phases, ensuring readiness of equipment, processes, and documentation.
• Conduct manufacturability reviews to identify process risks, yield impacts, and cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with product design teams to optimize product architecture for ease of assembly and process capability.
• Drive design improvements to reduce cycle time, part complexity, and assembly errors, enabling higher automation and throughput.
