Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: Ruther Glen, VA
Schedule: 2nd shift, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday–Thursday (4x10s) with potential overtime
Pay rate: $36 –$42/hour

Overview
Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting production and assembly operations. In this role, you’ll plan daily work, coordinate labor/materials, remove roadblocks, and partner with engineering and quality to hit safety, quality, and schedule targets—while developing a strong, consistent team.

What you’ll do

+ Lead day-to-day production and assembly operations across multiple crews

+ Plan work, assign resources, and keep production moving to meet quality and schedule goals

+ Troubleshoot issues, remove barriers, and drive consistent workflow execution

+ Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Project teams

+ Coach and develop team performance, consistency, and capability on the floor
