Description
The Quality Engineer supports the Quality Manager in ensuring that quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities of the Quality Engineer:
Back up for Quality Manager as Customer and Supplier liaison for plant quality activities and concerns.Respond to Customer concerns per HP Pelzer and Customer requirements.Supports investigation of, root cause determination, corrective action implementation and response to Customer Complaints.Initial Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs), work with Suppliers to resolve issues, escalating to Corp.
