Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineering Subject Matter Expert (SMEIV) is required to be an expert in more than one process area.
This individual will be able to provide DFM and NPI support, handle customers and sites by providing expert advice, lead technical issues, and resolve them with technical, design and statistical analysis.
The SME is responsible for implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting for the process assigned in their facility.
They will ensure excellence on the assigned manufacturing process, as determined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, and provide expert advice during urgent needs due to high defect rates, ensuring the process is well‐in control and delivering the highest possible yields.
