The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations across in-house and outsourced manufacturing. This role ensures that all products—ranging from soft furnishings and home décor to accessories—are produced efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The position supports cutters, machinists, and production teams while aligning manufacturing outputs with business objectives and the critical path.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Supervision
1. Supervise daily manufacturing activities, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging.
2. Ensure production targets are achieved according to the master production schedule.
3. Allocate tasks and monitor workflow across teams.
4. Coordinate in-house production and external CMT partners.
5. Support production readiness for seasonal launches.
6. Aligned Lifecycle Steps: Sampling, Bulk Production, Packaging, and Pre-Launch Readiness.
