Job Description:

**Job Overview**

The Manufacturing Team Leader supervises the production of mechanical assemblies for products of low to high-level complexity/density and monitors the inventory control related to that.

**Duties:**

+ Coordinate the daily flow of work in the production cell.
+ Assist in drafting and training of SOP and work instructions.
+ Daily interaction with department team lead and supervisor to maximize productivity and prioritize daily activities.
+ Provide feedback to Supervisors regarding Employee performance.
+ Mentoring team to troubleshoot and fix processing problems.
