Job Description:
Entry-level support individual contributor role. Work is closely supervised and consists of routine tasks. Explains facts and practices related to the job area. Works with close supervision on routine tasks. Detailed instructions are provided, and close peer review is required. Communicates with team members to obtain or provide information requiring explanation or interpretation to reach agreement. Work is structured within identified boundaries and established procedures. Follows defined processes to complete tasks and escalates issues to the supervisor for resolution.
