**Role Purpose**

Provides technical support to front-line workforce and manufacturing engineers making products in an industrial environment. Works hands-on with manufacturing equipment and activities. Identifies and supports process improvements. Uses judgment, experience and initiative to resolve problems and make recommendations. May help determine methods and procedures on new assignments

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Supports production line on a daily basis to help deliver yields, throughput and product quality
+ Trains and coaches front-line production employees (operators) on proper processes and procedures
+ Utilizes KT and Lean tools to reduce downtime, increase yields, and improve costs and product quality
