The Role
This is a hybrid Manufacturing Engineer / NPI position, focused on supporting the development and industrialisation of highly complex, high-power electronic products.

You’ll work closely with engineering and production teams to take evolving designs and turn them into robust, manufacturable products, playing a key role in scaling production capability.

The position offers a clear pathway to develop into a dedicated NPI-focused role within 12–24 months.
