Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair of marine engines, auxiliary engines, and cargo pumps.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to guide repair work.
Conduct scheduled inspections to ensure vessels and equipment meet safety and performance standards.
Carry out troubleshooting and root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues.
Coordinate with vessel crew and operations teams to plan and execute service work with minimal downtime.
