Responsibilities

• Structural design, coastal design, geotechnical investigation, and site layout
• Prepare foundation and pile design as well as ground improvement recommendations
• Develop engineering solutions to challenging structural and geotechnical problems and site conditions
• Coordinate and support with marine and geotechnical team on projects
• Oversee waterfront structure and marine infrastructure projects
• Design and engineering for a variety of areas such as harbors, marinas, vessel mooring and berthing structures, bulkheads and seawalls, breakwaters and shore protection structures, shoreline stabilization and sediment management
• Development and management of instrumentation monitoring systems
• Small project/task management and proposal preparation support
• Preparation of engineering reports, design calculations, drawings, technical specifications, and permit applications
