Technical Manager

The Technical Managers are multidisciplinary professionals responsible for defining priorities and identifying the developments required to meet client needs. They also play a key role in strengthening collaboration among team members and in structuring system definitions across disciplines. This position requires a strong software and multi-disciplinary engineering background, combined with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑changing environment with last‑minute assignments. In addition, it demands strong organizational skills to structure work and clearly communicate guidelines to the team.

  • Lead the design of complex systems for marine and underwater platforms interacting with different domains: Mechanical, Electrical and Software.
