This role requires managing a yearly training budget of around $1.5 million and negotiating with external training providers. The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate of Competency as a Master Mariner and have strong time management skills, along with experience in marine training, ideally having sailing experience on LPG or Ethylene vessels. Occasional travel may be required.
