Compensation

• Master’s Degree Complete ($36.00/hour) – Paid to employees who have completed a master’s degree. (Rate effective September 1, 2026)
• Undergraduate Degree Complete ($31.04/hour) – Paid to employees who have completed a four-year honours degree or a three-year pass degree. (Rate effective September 1, 2026)
• Third Year Complete ($22.91/hour) – Paid to employees who have completed the third year of an undergraduate honours degree. (Rate effective September 1, 2026)
• Second Year Complete ($20.15/hour) – Paid to employees who have completed the second year of an undergraduate degree. (Rate effective September 1, 2026)
• First Year Complete ($19.00/hour) – Paid to employees who have completed the first year of an undergraduate honours degree. (Rate effective September 1, 2026)
