• Analyze marketing and customer campaign data to generate actionable business insights
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using SQL and BI tools
• Perform campaign performance analysis, segmentation, and data validation
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to support data-driven decision-making
• Support reporting and data integration activities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Advanced SQL
• Experience in marketing analytics, campaign reporting, and dashboard development
• Basic understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency with Excel and BI/ Reporting tool such as Power BI
• Strong analytical and communication skills
