Job Title: Market Collaboration Planner - S&OPLocation: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid)


JOB PURPOSE


The MCP S&OP serves as a critical link between Customer Operations, Category & Strategy Planning, Marketing, and Customer Business Development, ensuring alignment across all stages of the Sales and Operations Planning cycle.


The role provides insights on business performance and key drivers of results by integrating quantitative data and qualitative inputs, enabling informed decision-making and early identification of risks and opportunities.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Drive in-month forecast delivery and proactively bridge gaps to ensure target achievement.
+ Lead promo forecast planning in the medium term and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure on-time-in-full (OTIF) execution.
