The Opportunity

Findex is looking for a Marketing AI Ops Engineer to join on a 12-month max-term contract, open to candidates anywhere in Australia. This role is for a technically strong builder who thrives in lean, high-autonomy environments. You will own the full AI and automation engineering layer of the ANZ marketing function, architecting, building and deploying the agents and integrations that augment what the marketing team can do and at what scale. If you are an engineer with a marketing background who wants to apply serious technical capability to a marketing problem that is genuinely unsolved, this is the role.
