We're partnering with a well-known Australian organisation to appoint a Marketing Analytics & Insights Lead. This is a newly created role where you'll establish the marketing insights function, bringing together fragmented data sources to create a single source of truth and help shape commercial decision-making.

You'll work across marketing, digital, customer and commercial teams to move beyond reporting, delivering actionable insights, influencing strategy and driving a more data-led culture.

What you'll be doing:

Build and embed a marketing measurement framework aligned to business outcomes

Consolidate data from multiple platforms into scalable reporting and self-service dashboards

Translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations for senior stakeholders

Assess the current analytics landscape and recommend future-state tools, processes and governance
