MBLM is looking for a commercially minded Business Development & Marketing Manager to help grow our agency, strengthen relationships, and create new opportunities across the UAE and wider region.

MBLM is the Brand Intimacy Agency. We build stronger bonds between people, brands, and technology through brand strategy, digital experiences, AI-powered applications, and emerging 3D technologies.

This role suits someone who understands agency life, enjoys connecting with people, and can move confidently between strategy, outreach, presentations, proposals, and marketing activity. You’ll work closely with the Managing Directors, Partners, and discipline leaders to identify opportunities, develop relationships, and win meaningful new business.
