Prepares and maintains the following reports:
Does analysis and makes recommendations based on the data analyzed to improve the process or provide an input to the performance evaluation of the concerned employees
Keeps track of leads given to sales, their status, and their contact details
Recommends marketing campaigns in close coordination with the general manager and the sales team by formulating marketing letters, maintaining a validated suspect list, using social media to reach out to prospects, and monitoring the effectivity of the campaign
